Designed a targeted training approach, including a stakeholder proposal and a scenario-based eLearning module focused on reinforcing safe behaviors through realistic, decision-driven interactions.

Needs Analysis
I began by designing a series of questions to determine whether training was necessary and, if so, what training would be appropriate. I then designed to a series of target population analysis questions to gather information about the prospective learner population.
