This is a concept project for a manufacturing client facing inconsistent forklift safety compliance. After conducting a needs assessment, I designed a targeted training solution addressing both knowledge gaps and workplace factors. Deliverables include a PowerPoint proposal for stakeholders and a scenario-based eLearning module focused on real-world decision-making. This project highlights my ability to connect business needs to effective, engaging learning solutions.
